A Major Hermetic Virtue introduced in HoHTL page143, a variant of Mythic Blood.

A Zmey is a variety of dragon native to the Transylvanian Tribunal. Each village has a Zmey.

Descent from Zmey grants a Minor Magical Focus with Storms, and the Minor Personality tends to be one of Lecherous, Meddler or Proud. The granted power may be one of:

1) invisibility (as Veil of Invisibility ArM5 page 146, but with Personal Range and no Penetration, castable without words and gestures).

2) the ability to fly on the wind (as Wings of Soaring Wind ArM5 page 126, requires words and gestures).

3) the ability to turn into either a dog or a bear (like Shape of the Woodland Prowler ArM5 page 131, but with Personal Range, and requiring a gesture).

NOTE: while this is in the House Tremere chapter, there are no official rules explaining how a Tremere character can take this Major Hermetic Virtue (see Fifth Edition Virtue Controversy).
