A Constantinople covenant in the Theban Tribunal. Founded in 1207 following a deathbed vow by Michael, Jerbiton leader of Thermakopolis to take on that fallen covenant's duty of defending Constantinople. It is described in The Sundered Eagle at page 99 and consists of four House Jerbiton magi and one House Flambeau magus, a Frank named Wilrich. Their patron is Fylakas, possibly an Earth Elemental.
