Tierent, of House Verditius, is or was a Magus only known for expanding the House Verditius Inner Mystery Bind Magical Creatures so that it could be used on Faerie Creatures as well as Magical Creatures in the 12th century currently. Since nothing else is known about him, it is possible he is still alive and may be a living contenious point between Houses Verditius and Merinita.

- Houses of Hermes: Mystery Cults, pages 134-35 describes Tierent and his contribution in Fifth Edition.
- Order of Hermes introduced Tierent for the first time with one or two sentences. There were no rules for Binding magical or faerie creatures in that work. Houses of Hermes simply duplicated the description given in Order of Hermes.
