Tempestaria

The Tempestaria (or Weather Witches) is a tradition of Germanic weather-witches. As an Ex Miscellanea tradition, they are detailed as an "idea" in HoHS p. 109 (see full description here), centered around the Whistle Up the Wind Supernatural Ability.
