A Mercere Portal is a portal providing a permanent Hermes Portal effect to specific paired portal in another location. They are always made in pairs with each portal in a pair being set to the other portal in the same pair. A network of these gates connects several covenants in the Order, including Durenmar, Harco, and Verdi. The extent and size of this network is not defined in the canonic setting.
