Reforging Enchanted Items

While it is generally impossible to repair Hermetic magic items under current Hermetic theory, the Reforging Enchanted Items Inner Mystery of House Verditius allows one to do so. The mystery further allows for reforging (allowing to pack more into the device) and smelting (draining raw vis from magical items).
