Metoikos

A resident of the Theban Tribunal who lacks the status of citizen, that is polites. Any magi who was apprenticed outside the Tribunal, and who has not been granted the honour of citizenship, or who was previously a polites but lost that status by failure in their civic duties becomes a metoikos.
