A board comprised of (usually) three [[archai]] of the [[Theban Tribunal]], tasked with reviewing proposed changes to the [[Peripheral Code]]. Peripheral code entries must be modified by a replacement clause, not simply deleted, and one arche proposes the change, the other refutes it, before a Tribunal meeting.
