Rumors

From time to time, there are credible rumors about what might be expected further in the future. Since these plans haven't been officially confirmed, they might not materialize at all, or the final form might be different what what we presume here.

Egypt

David Chart mentioned on the official forum that an Ars Magica book dealing with Egypt was in the very early stages[1] and is "years (literally)" away.

With the imminent publication of both Mythic Locations and Mythic Africa in 2014, it is possible that one or both those books will fulfill that prediction. However, as of September 10th 2014 the Product Page for Beyound Sand & Sea states that the book will not cover Egypt.

Frequently-Asked Questions

Can one of the authors or playtesters leak details of (upcoming supplement)?
A:In a word, no. Authors and playtesters enter a legally binding non-disclosure agreement with Atlas Games. If one of them were to leak details about a product before it was published, he or she would be hung, drawn, and quartered.

This question seems to come up occasionally on the Mailing Lists and official forum. It's true that several Ars Magica authors are regular posters to both fora, but that doesn't mean they will let anything slip. Sorry.
